Tim,
The only specific thing I recall is that he did not recuse himself from
the recent decision in favor of the AOL-TimeWarner merger, when he was
one of the FCC commissioners. His father, now Bush's Sec. of State, was
still sitting on the board of directors of TimeWarner at the time. An
obvious conflict of interest, but typical of our corporatized
government. I'm sure they have a legal fig leaf to cover.
