Organizational Structure
==================
On Sunday we agreed to hold an Organizational Structure caucus to work out 
some of the ideas and changes suggested for the organizational structure 
proposals that has been discussed at the last two meetings.  The document 
that results from this meeting will be up for a simple yes/no vote on this 
coming Sunday.

Questions that the Caucus will try to answer:
	-What to do when consensus is blocked? (ideas include forming caucus 
groups and going to a referendum)
	-Who are empowered spokespeople from the working groups?  Are there 
any?  How are they chosen?
	-What to do about a Board of Directors?

On Sunday the following folks agreed to be a part of this caucus: Paul K., 
Paul R., Danielle, Ellen, Pauline, Molly


The Org. Structure caucus is to be this Wed. at 8 pm at the IMC.


Tech Group
=========
The Tech Group will meet this Wed. at 6pm at the IMC, with an eye towards 
making this a regular meeting time.  Hot items on the agenda include 
networking the IMC and getting Internet access.
