[Imc] garage sale?

Thanks Mike,

Mostly what I meant by "stuff" was 'anything that people have around
their house and want to get rid of', but it we have stuff around the
IMC, throw it on the pile!

Maybe someone who has some artistic talent (not me) can make a nice
sign.

"a portion of the proceeds ..." sounds good.  If it's not too
expensive, I'll put an ad in the gazoo with something equally benign.
