[Imc] publishing on website

I have tried three times to get my article added to the website.  I have posted it on 10 or more other indymedia websites and not had any problem... so I don't think it's me.
It says it was sucessful... thank you for contributing, etc. But it doesn't appear there.
any idea what gives? It is attached... if anyone else can try. i would like to see it on Headlines, which I do not have access to.
