PK shows design/recommendation for patchbay: attached
48-point solderable patchbay is available via Paul R.
Brian says it's too small, we need more patch points.
how to wire together such a patchbay.  XLR/ 1/4" / RCA...

plans for audio wiring:

4 MICs at Front of House.  2 balanced lines from Eurodesk patchbay.  2
balanced lines to Eurodesk (back room's mixing board) patchbay.  2 MIC's
and 2 headphone jacks on wall mount panel in (proposed) isolation booth.

proposal to build isolation booth.

plans for RF wiring:

two at front next to jack 2 and 3.
one in production rm at jack 5 or 6.
one at Eurodesk
two in back room at jacks 13 and 15.

pick up a used patchbay for other wiring.  E-Bay etc.

SCHEDULE for MAKING THIS HAPPEN?

Saturday 6/2/01 -- first attack 11AM 'til we're done!
bring drills screwdrivers hammers etc.

liason with SPACE committe:  SarahK recommends that tech finish ancient
computer salvage and throw-away project to free up space before building
isolation booth.
