the global imc domain server must be down.  you can still access
www.ucimc.org, because that's actually on zach's server.  no imc site on
the seattle server, or routed through it is online.

another reason to get imc sites off the seattle server.  we need to figure
out ways to pull the strain off that server, so that if it goes down the
other imcs (at least the us ones) don't go down too.
