[Imc] Sanctuary followup

put my name on an action list.  i can provide support in terms of:
walking with (at night for example), coordination (whatever that means,
i'm not sure), and possibly housing (though i don't own the house, i
suspect no one would mind if someone needed to stay at the house for short
while)
