[Imc] Revised Structure -- CORRECTION

There is a slight correction to the structure that I sent out to this list 
(the one posted at the IMC and the one I posted to the newswire are correct) 
In the section labeled General Membership in the subsection of meeting, the 
line that says "Held at least two times a year" should read "Held at least two 
times a year on the first Saturday afternoon of April and the first Thursday 
evening of Octobor"

Go a head and mark you calendars!!
