[Imc] Staffing Computer

There is a new staffing computer, which is much faster and has more
memory.  It is running Win2k.  The old staffing computer's hard drive
is drive "C", but the OS is installed on "E."  All your old documents
are there, but the programs to open them are likely not.  In
particular, Word is not installed, until other tech people install it
or give me the CD.

I also replaced the keyboard on the public computer, so that it has a
working spacebar.
