[Imc] don't panic -- imc website off line tomorrow

Hey -- just a reminder that the U-C IMC website will be off-line tomorrow, Apr 30 for an unknown amount of time while our ISP, Soltec, moves their offices and lines to their new digs in D/T Champaign.  

Also, everything on groogroo, including all our mailing lists will be unavailable too.  Things *should* be back in order on Wed.
