I second this.  Brian blocked putting Larrabee on the "hidden" list several 
weeks ago, but has not yet caucused on the issue, which is how a block is 
resolved.  Since we were at consensus -1, I believe Brian is responsible 
for holding a caucus unless he is willing to stand down on it.
