[Imc] "Art" article for Public i

the imc will be opening/hosting an open stage (for use by musicians,
poets, actors, dancers, and anyone who has something to perform) starting
in mid-january every friday nite, and running until who knows when.  maybe
this?  or should we wait until it's more established?
