Group Reports:
	-- Finance: all good; raised $169 for bands over the weekend &
$57 from cabaret
	-- Space: back room now has lights, tables, and a smooth & cool
jazzy atmosphere; Minidisk shelves are immenent
	-- Outreach: first cabaret Friday -- was completely packed and
lots of positive feedback about it; for future -- might have one a month
dinner fare; Clint and Brian did infrastructure, Brian & Darrin hosted,
Lindsay Vickery et al. were a joy to work with; Sandwich boy may donate
"door prizes". Next up will be our anniversary party on Feb 6 at 6p.m.
Come plan the first anniversary party this WED at 7:30
	-- Print: 1st drafts are in; black history month on the mind --
reparations article may lead; AFL-CIO donated 240 to print project
	-- Tech: mixer came in and will be installed tomorrow (Monday)
after radio show

Fiscal Sponsorship: to support the South American caravan project -- YES
(did not have full quorum as tech spoke not present: Mark E voted by proxy
for approval -- provisionally accepted); objectsions should be posted to
the finance group e-mail list: finance at ucimc.org

New Website: tech still working on it

Website Ed Policy: Brian still working out the kinks

NewsHour Name change: looking for a new name; year-in-review is in early
February

Digi001: IMC would buy Digi001 & Paul K would sell his A-DAT and pay the
IMC back.  Issues: We will need to build a sound booth to fully actualize
the power of the soundcard; IMC would fully own the equipment until fully
paid off.  Approved pending final quorum decision.

FRONT DOOR: DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EVER FLIP THE SWITCH ON THE
FRONT DOOR FOR ANY REASON -- DON'T EVER DO IT.  NEVER!  Mike will look
into solutions.

Grants:  Nancy D-R will apply for a progressive technology grant that
Sascha gave to her.  Wants specific technology projects:
Assistive Technologies
Wireless Project
IMC Community Webhosting
Video Tech Stuff -- digital-video camera
Dedicated streaming media server

Would be good to get a tech liaison from each area.  Will try to bridge
community webhosting, wireless, and assistive technologies into single
"expanding internet opportunities" theme.

Batton Award:  looking for ideas for shows that were civic journalism
projects; Mike F wants help looking through archives.

Food buying:  Want to support the co-op by buying foods through them, but
would like to buy wholesale.

Register:  people should be aware that folks who shouldn't be using the
register should be asked if they need help.

Brainstorming Outreach:  come to the Wednesday night outreach meeting.
