[Imc] checking out books from the IMC library

Here's a friendly reminder from the librarians: when you check out a book
from the IMC library, please include contact information (phone# or
preferably email address). I've been going through the list of overdue
books and am not able to contact some folks. If you have something from
the library that's overdue, please return it to the librarians' mailbox
with a note saying who it's from.
