[Imc] Parade meeting

If the IMC is going to have a float in the parade, someone
representing the IMC needs to attend the mandatory meeting tonight, at
6:30 pm at the Urbana Civic Center.  I can't go, and since I won't be
here for the 4th, in general I can't head efforts relating to this.  I
did send in a request to participate, so the IMC is garaunteed a spot,
if someone wants to volunteer to take this on.  Otherwise, perhaps IMC
volunteers should consider working on AWARE's float, as they seem to
have some momentum.
