[IMC] climate control in the post office building 1st floor on Tuesday, Aug. 15

Yesterday evening at about 6:30 p.m. the imc was freezing cold inside.   Also the door was unlocked but I didn't see anyone around.   
 
It was a comfortable day outside but the difference was marked.
