[IMC] Maker Faire Volunteers Needed

Hello IMCsters,

I'm writing to you on behalf of the UC Mini Maker Faire--a super cool
family friendly DIY event that I'm helping plan this year.  We are ramping
up for a great faire on Saturday, April 14 at the IMC. We've got 24 makers
lined up this year and thanks to the Urbana Public Arts program entrance to
the faire will be free and we are expecting a crowd! We are in need of
volunteers on Friday night to help with set-up and on Saturday during the
faire. Would you be willing to help us out?

We have volunteer openings at the following times:

Friday 6-8 PM Table Set Up
Saturday 7-10 AM Maker Set Up
Saturday 10 AM-4 PM Entrance Attendant (2 hour shifts--10-12, 12-2, and 2-4)
Saturday 4-6 PM Clean Up

If you are willing to help us out, could you reply to this email and let me
know which date and time you would be able to help? I'll send you a
reminder email closer to the date.

We also have stacks of awesome letterpress posters designed by Living
Letter Press and full color posters donated by Dixon Graphics that we need
help putting up around town. If you aren't in town or available on the
14th, we could use your help putting up posters. Reply to this email and I
will arrange to get you some posters.
