[IMC] Inquiry Regarding a Timeline of Information Technology

I'm fairly certain that such requests constitute some sort of weird 
phishing scheme that isn't worth bothering to reply to. These sorts of 
requests have been made to a number of sites, vague,with no clearcut 
request being made and with no plausible reason for the request.

We should try to catch them in list moderation queue and send them to 
File 13.
