[IMC] Documents for General Membership Meeting

As has already been posted, an IMC General Membership Meeting has been called for Sunday, November 18th. This meeting will include a discussion of proposed changes in both the IMC structure and by-laws. Documents reflecting these changes have been posted at http://ucimc.org/content/important-documents. See the bottom of the page. Proposed changes in these documents will appear in Review mode (Final, Show Markup), with changes in red.
 
Please consider these changes, and consider attending the General Membership Meeting on the 18th.
