PROMETHEUS STILL WANTS TO HELP! 

	 TO GET ACCESS TO THE FREE SERVICES LISTED BELOW, YOU NEED TO FILL
OUT A DETAILED APPLICANT GROUP PROFILE [1]. You may be eligible for
intensive support through our Station Torchbearers Program [2]. Make
sure you complete your profile right away to be eligible! If
you've already completed a group profile, don't worry,
you're all set.

radio licenses from the FCC. If you aren't associated with a
