As the call for comprehensive immigration reform legislation with a roadmap
to citizenship continues to grow in Illinois and across the country, Rep.
Rodney Davis is yet to pledge his support. On Tuesday a broad coalition of
community and faith groups, immigrant advocates, and labor unions will hold
a press conference at Davis’ Champaign office where they will deliver a
letter urging a vote in support of comprehensive immigration reform.

The groups will also outline the plan for civic engagement in the
13thCongressional District focused on educating and activating Davis’
constituents on the value and importance of immigration reform with a path
to citizenship.
