Parkland Fine Arts Students to Exhibit Photography at Indi Go Gallery

Champaign - Advanced Digital Photography students at Parkland College
present
Uncommon Interests: A Photo Gala. The opening reception will take place on
Friday, November 8, from 7pm to 10pm at the Indi go Artist Co-op. The
exhibit will run from Thursday, November 7 through Tuesday, November 12
(hours listed below). Sponsored by the Parkland College of Fine and Applied
Arts, Uncommon Interests will feature the work of sixteen local
photographers. The show title speaks to the diversity of the photographic
pursuits featured in the show: landscape, abstract, conceptual, still life,
macro, and pinhole photography, among others. The group hopes to present
images that are as thought provoking as they are intriguing to look at.
Refreshments will be provided opening night. All work on display will be
for sale.

The show is sponsored by Parkland College in cooperation with Indi go
Artist Co-op (9 East University Ave, Champaign). Gallery Hours: November
7th 6-8pm, 8th 7-9pm, 9th 12-10pm, 10th 10-5pm, 11th &12th 6-8pm. For more
