[IMC] Celebrate with Books to Prisoners - 10 years & 100, 000 books - Sat Sept 20th 5-7pm

IMC,

We can hardly believe it's been 10 years since Books to Prisoners
volunteers read our first letter from an inmate and sent them some books.
 It's gone by quickly and in that time many hundreds of volunteers have
made it possible to send what works out to an average of more than two
books for every person incarcerated in the Illinois Department of
Corrections; a number which will exceed 100,000 books this year (98,899 as
of today).

This calls for a celebration!  Past, present and prospective volunteers and
supporters are invited to join us on Saturday September 20th at the IMC
from 5-7pm for a light dinner, live musical performance and more.  The
event is free and open to the public.  We hope you will join us, invite a
friend, and let us know you'll be coming by joining the event on facebook
