Learn about the launch of the Urbana-Champaign ENERGY STAR Challenge (http://urbanaillinois.us5.list-manage2.com/track/click?u=0976904319da17e19c4386164&id=ac1f5d3971&e=6487d76612) and meet others taking the Challenge. This effort invites building owners and managers to benchmark their buildings' 2013 energy use on the free ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager (http://urbanaillinois.us5.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=0976904319da17e19c4386164&id=e8d11ec08b&e=6487d76612) tool and then track and improve their energy performance though 2014.

Buildings will compete against one another to see who can achieve the greatest energy use reduction in 2014 with awards to follow in early 2015.

Participants can access free in-person assistance using the ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager tool, get connected with financial incentives (http://urbanaillinois.us5.list-manage.com/track/click?u=0976904319da17e19c4386164&id=cc4ecc058f&e=6487d76612) to move their projects forward, and have access to technical support (http://urbanaillinois.us5.list-manage.com/track/click?u=0976904319da17e19c4386164&id=9f47b1106e&e=6487d76612) to help pinpoint building energy savings.
