Music lovers are in for a treat this week:

C4A is offering four opportunities to hear professional and student chamber musicians
perform in a variety of settings--and all of the performances are open to the public
free of charge!  These performances are a part of our larger summer camp & workshop
series. Please read on for details.

Monday, June 9, 11am

First Presbyterian Church of Urbana, Sanctuary
The faculty-artists of the C4A Chamber Music Workshop will be performing a short
 concert of works for two and four instruments written by Bach, Haydn, Pachelbel,
Tchaikovsky, and Bartok. This concert is open to the public, and families with children
are highly encouraged to attend!
Thursday, June 12, 1:30pm
Clark-Lindsey Village
The students of the C4A Chamber Music Workshop will be performing a short recital
of trios and quartets for the residents of Clark-Lindsey Village. This recital is
also open to families and friends.
Friday, June 13, 3pm
First Presbyterian Church of Urbana, Sanctuary
The students and faculty-artists of the C4A Chamber Music Workshop will be performing
a final concert of music written for both small and large chamber groups. The students
will be performing trios and quartets, and will be joined by the faculty-artists
 to perform works for larger ensembles including Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No.
 3 and Vivaldi's Concerto for Four Violins and Cello in F Major. This concert is
 open to families, friends, and the public.
Saturday, June 14, 9am-noon
Urbana's Market at the Square, C4A tent
Stop by C4A's tent at the farmer's market to hear some of the students of the C4A
Chamber Music Workshop play their trios and quartets!
