[IMC] Community Event

Hello,

I'm trying to submit a community event, however, I can't seem to get past the registration. I've tried registering using three different browsers, but they all don't seem to like the captcha requirement. I'm being prompted to download software to complete registration (which I cannot do without administrator rights here). Can you offer any advice?
