Hello,

On Friday, January 16th, Urbana School District will have an Educator 
Resources Expo as part of our school district’s Winter Institute 
Day.  Over 600 district teachers, librarians, social workers, 
administrators, teaching assistants, secretaries, administrators, and 
other educators will attend the expo at Urbana Middle School.  Community 
organizations that have resources to share with Urbana’s educators will 
be set up at tables in the UMS gym and cafeteria from 7:30 until 9:30am.

We would love to have the Urbana-Champaign Independent Media Center 
represented.  This would be a wonderful time for you to set up a display 
showcasing your work, hand out information about your resources, and 
perhaps provide small giveaway items to thank Urbana’s educators and 
encourage them to keep you in mind.

Please email me by November 25th if you are interested in participating 
or if you have any questions.

We hope that you can join us on January 16th!
