I'd expect we don't reinvent the wheel here on keeping people infomred
about what's happening in the space. We have the most basic thing in
place -- a calendar. Most, if not all the meetings, both internal IMC
and external, should be on that already and we just need to develop the
understanding that it is what drives the process. You want the space,
you reserve it on the calendar.

We also need a place to post the daily/weekly/monthly calendar publicly,
with the big emphasis being what's happening that day and where in the
building to direct people when they enter the space. Ideal would be an
electronic screen that would pull from the calendar -- or simply display it.

But we have at least one working printer, so short term, that could do it.

Finally, we continue to offer public use spaces, public computers, a
reading spot. This also needs to be designated and defined so that
expectations are clear for it, too. Not sure if we'll be able to offer
an alternative public space like the alternative meeting room, at least
at first. But that's something that is connected with some of our other
space security issues and needs to be dealt with as they are addressed.
