Good afternoon AC members,

If you have not selected a time, please do so.  If you have a table, i.e
Bike Project (Carle) please just let me know what times you'll staff a booth
for the day.  We will talk about times on tomorrow during the All AmeriCorps
meeting.  We really need to take advantage of every opportunity for
outreach.  This is one of the biggest volunteer recruitment days that we
have.  Please look at the spread sheet in this message.  If you have
problems looking at the times, I will pull it up tomorrow during the
meeting.  We will meet in the community room in the basement of the IMC.

Hello to all tentative (and confirmed) Quad Day participants. First of all,
thank you thank you thank you! for coming in on a Saturday to promote the
IMC (and RFU/Public i, respectively).

I've created some two pieces of promotional material for the Public i and
WRFU to give out during Quad Day. They are located in the bottom drawer of
the black filing cabinet in the Production room next to the Production
computer. There are about 50 copies of each. Krist and Tyler, please pick
these up before going over to grab our table Saturday morning. If there are
any leftovers, please drop them off at the front desk of the IMC for the
general public. For those of you who have not yet committed to attending
Quad Day, please sign up on the Google Doc sign up

Bonus points to RFUers who sign up with their radio show co-host. Cheers to
