PLEASE KEEP DOOR LOCKED AFTER 6PM MONDAY THRU SUNDAY, unless except needed.



We urge tenants and members of the IMC with keys to help us ensure the
safety and security of the building.

Here is a list of when the Elm St., and both south side doors should be
unlocked:

   - The Elm st. and south side door (by steps) MAY be open during business
   hours Monday thru Friday, but Locked after 6pm.
   - After 6pm, doors should not be left propped open or unlocked unless
   there is scheduled use of the basement that requires Elm St access later.
   - If doors are unlocked, the person who unlocked it MUST ensure that the
   doors are re-locked after use.



We have had several instances of the doors being left unlocked, over the
past few weeks.  Please help us lessen the events of damage or safety
issues.
