The Illini Union Office of Volunteer Programs (OVP) is in need of 7-9
volunteer managers/coordinators to assist in user testing for the new
CUVolunteer.org site prior to its launch in 3 weeks. As a reminder,
CUVolunteer.org is a site where community agencies may register and post
volunteer opportunities. OVP, in partnership with the United Way of
Champaign County, has been working to redevelop a more user-friendly and
effective site.****

*This Thursday (July 7th) from 1:30-3:00 PM*, we have a User Testing time
where multiple computers will be available for new users to test how useful
and user-friendly the site is. We’d like volunteers attend the testing to
attempt to register and post opportunities. *You may stay as little as 30
minutes* or as long as an hour. ****

*Please let me know if you would be able to assist us this Thursday*. We
want a range of volunteer opportunities, and agencies which may have
different uses for the site to give us feedback regarding how the site may
be most beneficial to you while it can still be adapted.  ****

*The CUVolunteer.org User Acceptance Testing will be held at the Office for
Mathematics, Science, and Technology Education, University of Illinois, 505
E. Green Street* (next door to Coldstone Creamer and Starbucks, in the
building with ING Bank). Go into the building’s front entrance, off Green
street, past the ING Bank. Take the elevator to the second floor. Exit the
elevator and enter the door on your left. Turn left and proceed down the
hall. The User Testing will be in the conference room on your right.****
