Please remember that we have an outreach activity scheduled for tomorrow.  I
haven't received a response from everyone for their selected time slots.
Please respond to the email with the times illustrated.  If you have not
been excused, with prior authorization, this is a mandatory civic engagement
project.

The day is here, tomorrow we will all have the opportunity to make
a difference and change a life. Setup begins at 8 am. Offenders will begin
entering around 8:30 so you have a quick few minutes to grab a cup of coffee
and a donut before the busy day begins. We are short handed so if you know
anyone who is willing to help guide these people through the summit please
have them come. We have lots of other jobs so we will keep anyone that
comes busy with both sitting, standing and walking jobs. It's all up to you
so let's make this day a great day !! See you tomorrow !!! We are looking at
about 230 people attending today so bring some giveaways, your enthusiasm
and a kind work.
