I am happy to inform you that UC-IMC/AmeriCorps has been selected to receive
a 2011 Serve Illinois Mini-Grant for your 9/11 Tributes and Remembrance
Project.  Your award will be the full amount requested of $567.75.  Please
carry out your program as planned.  Once complete, you will be required to
submit a one-page project summary narrative and photos.  Please include
service data, number of service beneficiaries, items created, etc., and
ensure that you highlight the civic reflection aspect of your project.
Also, please submit a budget report with all expenditures, including
matching funds.  This report is due to us by the close of business on
Friday, September 23rd.  Once we have received, and approve your report, we
will have our fiscal agent, Illinois Public Health Association, send you
reimbursement for the report grant expenses.****
