[Makerspace-keymembers] Info on Lease Renewal

I know there has been talk of organizing some type of capitol campaign
effort. And I was kind of imaging that campaign might include looking at
larger and/or more accessible spaces. I guess my question would be what is
the penalty for breaking the lease early?
