[Makerspace-keymembers] Info on Lease Renewal

We have problems keeping within time for our regular monthly meeting
agenda.  There's no way we can add this and not be there for 2hrs min.

I vote for scheduling a separate meeting where we discuss long terms plans
about the Makerspace.  That way the discussion is not convoluted by other
topics.
