Hi everyone,

I'm looking forward to speaking to all of you about this event. IEEE have
set the date of the workshop to be on the 19th of April, Saturday at 3pm.
We have other details to speak about and I think it would be better to
speak to everyone individually.

Please contact me as soon as you can if you are interested in contributing
to this workshop in any way possible.
