[Makerspace-keymembers] Storage bins

Latest status: Big Lots only has 66 Qt and 32 Qt clear plastic bins.  The
big ones will work on the lower shelves and the smaller ones can be used
for personal items (instead of the cardboard boxes we have now).

It's a really good price, though.  So I'll get 5 total of the large ones
and 5 of the 32 Qt ones.  If we need more, we can order online.
