[Makerspace-keymembers] WIT planning meeting

Howdy all!

The Py-CU crew is busy planning for the WIT event on Sunday, May 31 from
1-4.  We'd love for any of the key members interested in helping out to
come to our last planning meeting next week.

Thursday, May 29 at 6:00 in Makerspace.  We will be finalizing the
schedule, preparing fliers, nametags, etc.

We will specifically need volunteers to help out with:

-setup (particularly the projector)
-staffing the organizer table (greeting, answering questions, taking
donations, etc.)
-directing people to the sunroom
-cleanup

Please let us know if you are able to come!  And don't forget to spread the
word about the event where you can.
