Dear all,

Hope that you have all been doing well. I think that we are moving forward
quickly with our plans and everything is just about on schedule. The next
meeting will be at


   - ACES Study Room 305
   - Funk ACES library
   - 3/2/2015 – 5:30 PM

While I haven't prepared a detailed agenda for the meeting yet, some of the
things that we will be discussing include:


   - Sponsorship Updates
   - Confirming the Materials lists and budget
   - Confirming our design prompt
   - Discussing Clark-Lindsey's potential involvement
   - Website and Publicity strategy review
   - Event turnout and attendance.
   - Workshops and Speakers Update
