[Makerspace-keymembers] PyCU got a PSF grant to cover our meetup costs!

Congrats, Elizabeth!

Aside from this and any other grants, we can always have Makerspace cover
any promotional fees (like Meetup) both for the Makerspace-specific stuff
and for Py-CU.  Just a note for the future.
