[Makerspace-keymembers] PyCU got a PSF grant to cover our meetup costs!

Emily usually budgets some amount of money every quarter for promotional
activities.  That budget also includes Py-CU so don't worry about adding an
expense - we've already earmarked those money anyway.

You're welcome to just get reimbursed in the future regardless of grants.
If it'll make you feel better, I can add this to our agenda for the monthly
meeting and we can discuss it with the wider group.  But I don't envision
any objections :)
