[OccupyCU] community garden

It's late for Meadowbrook this year, but it's a good place, and the chance
to talk with other people could be good too. (Charlie Smyth and I do a big
perennial plot out there.) I believe that there's a new space opening up in
Orchard Downs, might be available for this year.
