[OccupyCU] Tues. Feb. 7 Move to Amend Petitioning Training & Launch

Yes, I am open to doing a second training next week for those who can't
make today's. I hope to have others feel confident enough to do trainings
of their own in their communities as well.

Thanks for reminding me to include that.
