[OccupyCU] Affordable Yoga and Meditation classes

Hi,
Tonight I am starting a series of yoga classes at 7:00 pm.  They take place at Ananda Liina Yoga and Meditation Center, 2308 North High Cross Road, Urbana 61802.  The classes are offered on a donation basis: pay whatever you like!  The classes will continue every Friday and consist of gentle yoga postures, deep relaxation and a short period of meditation.

Also, on Saturday January 19 I will be giving  an Introduction to Meditation Workshop from 10 am to 1 pm at the Ananda Liina Yoga and Meditation Center. The workshop is also offered on a donation basis: pay what you like.
To reserve your spot in the workshop call me at 347-610-2695.  (for the yoga classes you can just drop in when you can, no need to make a reservation).
