Now it seems that the Russian fuel cap idea has fallen flat, so the new plan is to
propose that everyone selling fuel accept a price cap.
This would mean that NATO states can continue their war against Russia via Ukraine
and the virtue signaling to go along with that without having to be so secretive
about their self-imposed hypocrisy in accepting Russian fuel.
