[rfu-automation] Email contact info

So Ray just tried to email a PSA to rfu-automation, which is the contact 
address listed on the website as of right now. However, he has confirmed 
  my suspicion that if you're not a subscriber, you can't mail there...

Do we want to make a separate email address to handle all incoming 
communication from outside the station?
