[rfu-automation] Spanish and Local Music at the Same Time

Rev. Z called me to note that he was hearing Spanish and the local music 
automation running at the same time. His alternative hosts had to be out 
of town today, so Town Talk was not going to be one, just the automation.

I called Chris, who happened to be at the IMC. He just shut things down, 
so we're having a little dead air, but perhaps someone started two 
instances of the robo DJ? We haven't had that problem in some time, so 
I'm wondering if we have a problem or just an accidental triggering of 
this. Chris just tried to go back to automation and the two streams are 
still running, so it seems like something isn't right.
