[rfu-automation] Radio News Commentary - Rod Blagojevich

A member of IMC Production just finished a short, 12-minute audio commentary
on the implications of corruption in the Illinois' governors office.  The
commentary is titled "The Destructive Class," and while editorial represents
the beginning efforts to produce regular radio news.  A full station ID and
Disclaimer is included.

At this stage, Automation seems like the appropriate venue for such news and
editorial productions, as they will be sporadic to start, and often short.
What time block(s) would be best for scheduling these?
