[rfu-automation] Community Shares PSA

I edited the CSI PSA to 51 seconds, cutting pauses and a phrase or two.  I
also removed hiss and boosted the levels.  I'll replace it in JIMBO right
now.

Does it need to be any shorter than this, or will this suffice to keep
things in Automation running smoothly without too many
overlaps/interruptions?  I didn't want to edit the text too much, since Anna
had sent a copy of the edits that CS approved.
