[rfu-automation] Radio News Commentary - Rod Blagojevich

I would suspect that the public affairs bloc would be appropriate (4-6pm), I believe. However, I think that having it air at another pre-agreed slot that doesn't conflict would seem reasonable too. Either would be fine with me.
